Karnan shed light on the hardship the unprivileged group has to face in society but this time with some commercial touch to it. The film is full of symbols which for shadows the events which happen later in the movie. In this film not just the humans become the character’s but from a snail to the mountains are part of the story make this movie a unique experience.   Minnal Murali To make a superhero movie that suits Kerala culture is not an easy job. The tight screenplay of this film makes it a good story even if we take out the superhero elements. The Green Knight Review

The Green Knight is a slow-burn fantasy movie that has a deep story. I am not a big fan of slow movies which have inner meanings to them, that doesn’t mean I hate these m movies but they are not my first preference, still, there are a few slow movies which I like. The Green Knight has stunning visuals which should be enjoyed on the big screen and maybe this is the reason I didn’t enjoy the movie that much. The Green night is not a bad film but it was for me.

Apart from the visuals the another positive of the movie is Dev Patel’s performance he is convincing in his role. One thing about the movies is that protagonist is not a typical hero person even though he seeks redemption as a hero at the end still not so perfect heroes are rare in these types of movies.    The story of The Green Knight is very interesting some ideas shared can be explored more.  The movie is also a character study of a person who wants to achieve something and to have the respect of others. This is something all humans to going through just to get accepted by the people and to find meaning in their life.

The movie has some moments which made me interested in watching it. The world-building is quite interesting a world is a mix of realism and fantasy it made me surprised when I realized this part of King Arthur’s story Where Arthur is the perfect king but Gawain his nephew a messed-up person who is aspiring to be a hero. The Green Night is one of that artistically well-made movie that should be enjoyed in the cinemas if you want to get sucked into the world those who are fans of slow-burn films will definitely like The Green Knight but for me, someone who loves fantasy stories prefers these stories should be told in a different way.

Doctor Movie Review

  Doctor starring Siva Karthikeyan is a complete entertainer which also has some flaws. The director Nelson knows how to make an engaging movie from start to end. Well, the movie has its cringe moments especially and the second which prevents it from being from a perfect film. Some sequences are hard to believe which breaks the reality the movie is set in. The protagonist doctor is an interesting character but felt he should have flushed out more and we need a sequel to know more about him. That is another problem I have with the film rest characters were just there and we never connect with all of them. The villain did not feel dangerous with the hype given to him he was like a typical bad guy. I felt distracted when the movies started with romantic but that was where the movie was heading, the story starts from there.
