Mayavi This is a comic which is running since 1984. Mayavi is a fairy or can be termed as something like a genie in Aladin who was found by two kids named Raju and Radha and they became lifelong friends. The story doesn't stop there Mayavi is hunted by Witches named Kuttusan and Dakini along with their apprentice who is another fairy Luttapi.  The entire comic is about their adventures that take place in this world. These characters and huge fanbase and everyone would happy to see a well adapted Mayavi show or a movie. Rather than a kids-friendly adaptation serious take on it will be interesting. A Stranger Things kind of vibe will be perfect for Mayavi. I am waiting for a Netflix or byAmazon-produced Mayavi movie or series.  Toofan was disappointed in terms of being a movie about boxers and another boxing film in a week was too much to take but Sarpatta Parambarai is a much better and refreshing experience. What makes the movie unique is that where the plot is set in and it's the unique tone for sports Drama. Scarpetta focuses on the rivalry between two clans Sarpatta Parambarai and Idiyappa Parambrai. The superiority of clans is set through who wins the boxing match. It is about these clans seeking redemption and politics within the members of the clan. The cracking background score gives us the vibe and takes us to the world of the Sarpatta clan. But the main highlight is of course the boxing matches we feel the pain and rage of the fighters and the emotions of the crowd in the movie. The climax fight sequence was so intense make us confuse who is going to win as if we are watching a real boxing match. However, the second half follows the usual path of sports movies but that can be overlooked. This ...

  I am a fan of movies about fighters and Toofan is not any different from other films in the genre. Toofan is an underdog story of a goon in the streets of Mumbai becoming a boxer. It is an entertaining film but it just didn't quite hit the mark as a fully satisfying experience for me. Toofan is not a bad film but it just felt like an amalgamation of previous films that told the same well the previous films like Sultan or Hollywood film South Paw also inspired by movies like rocky. Why someone important in the life of our hero has to die to make him or her motivated. Why There should always be a downfall to your success full career. Downfalls can happen but why is it always shown in movies like this. The positive of movies is that of not boring and Farhan Akthar transformed into a boxer. I didn't care about the love story part in the film because I am not a fan of that genre. If you are a fan of movies like this Toofan won't disappoint but if you are looking for something ...

 Malik follows the story pattern of hero to many but villain to the system which we have seen in many films. What makes Malik unique is its making, performance, and cultural aspects in the movie. The film is filled with amazing visuals kudos to the cinematographer. Malik is 2hr 41 minutes long but it never felt like that because the movie moved in nice pacing that does not make the viewers bored. We immediately get transformed into the world and culture. The cast as usual has done a great job to make the film engaging because the script demands good performance.  Parallel's with Kamal Haasan's Nayakan can be s seen in Malik but still, it is unique in its way. As mentioned earlier there are cliches in the plot that can be overlooked. Malik could have been a better experience on the big screen.

 Loki ended with a jaw-dropping moment and as a viewer, I want more episodes. Unfortunately, that is not going to happen any soon but season 2 will come any way can't wait for it. Apart from the third episode, the entire series was thrilling. Loki is one of my favourite characters and how great Tom Hiddleston is in that role. This time we have got different versions of Loki which added an extra layer to this show. The trailers didn't give away much which made it more enjoyable and every episode was a surprise and it was even more surprising how the show ended. The episodes build up nicely making the viewers eager for the next one. Another good thing about the show is that it has good character moments also runs of easter eggs.  Loki series will change the MCU and things are going to get more complicated. How Marvel Cinematic Universe is going to build from this and how upcoming movies are going to get connected to Loki are some questions that come to mind when the last episode...

I am a sci-fi nerd, I would die for movies that have aliens and robots in them. Well, the post of Science fiction movies may not scientifically accurate but there are must-watch movies in this genre. Man From Earth When this movie ended I was like wow. I couldn't imagine a movie about people talking to each other can be this interesting. The Sci-fi stuff comes words the words of the characters in the movie. The writer of this masterpiece finished the script on his death bed. The movie requires a well-required script and kudos to the writer. The plot revolves around a man who tells his friends who are from different fields that he is over again a million years old and then what happens in the movie. The reason I told the plot is that then only you will be interesting watch the movie. CAPTAIN AMERICA(MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE) MCU fanboy for life and Cap will remain my favourite character of all time. I like him will not change according to others will and being his vision. He won't let anything happen to his loved ones and he never gives up fighting his enemies. When he lifted Mjolnir was the perfect fanboy moment. Caesar (Planet of the Apes Trilogy) For a CGI character to be this good requires skill. Cesar is a badass character and daring to anything for the protection of apes. Being an ape he sets up ideology. He even tries to bring peace between humans and apes. Unlike many leaders, he doesn't like bloodshed . Wolverine (X-MEN) No one could replace Huge Jackman as the Wolverines he played the role for years. In Logan, we saw that he is more than a comic book character.   When I started watching Sara's I thought it would be yet another feel-good Malayalam cinema but it proved me wrong it is more than that. It discusses a topic that is important and should be educated to youngsters and adults. The movie breaks stereotypes in society.It educates more parenting also a lesson to people who get involves in the personal lives of others. Anna Ben gives yet another good performance and likes the chemistry between Sunny Wayne and Anna Ben. We need feel-good movies that educate people on important topics rather than spreading the message of goodness in being a human. This would be the first movie that has a male gynecologist in a movie. Malayalam cinema is in path of a big change this should continue for the coming ages.

  Jurassic Park (English) Jurassic Park is a movie I grew up with at first it was just a monster film me and my sister will die to see Jurassic Park on TV. But when became an adult and started to understand English conservation I understood that it is more than dinosaur eating people. The movie is a well-crafted sci-fi flick that has scientific accuracy.  The facts of how they made dinosaurs, how female dinosaurs became male, genetic engineering made the movie even more interesting. So those who think Jurassic Park is a monster movie you are wrong. Spadikam (Malayalam) Spadikam is a Malayalam film being Keralite is a must-watch. RATING - 7/10 Surprisingly The Tomorrow War turned out a better movie than expected. It is not the next classic but a solid entry to the sci-fi action genre. What I like about the movie is that it didn't try to be a cheesy crash graber but tried to be better. Over the last few years, we see some forgettable alien innovation movies, The Tomorrow War is much better than that probably better film after Edge Of Tomorrow. There are over-the-top moments and some cliches in this film as well which can be overlooked. The movie has good character moments and the CGI of the aliens was good, the action sequences were well executed. The plot is quite similar to The Alien franchise and Edge Of Tomorrow but it is a different film altogether. I love sci-fi action movies and I am always in for good films in this genre The Tomorrow War won't the best film in this genre but it a good film. This was the kind of movie I was craving for a long time.
