The tight screenplay of this film makes it a good story even if we take out the superhero elements. Will Jamgame Thandhiram knock it out of the park

 



The trailer for the new Dhanush starer is a treat. The Good thing about the trailer is it does give much to make us more excited. The craft of Karthik Subbaraj can be seen and the trailer as international local look to it.

The movie has an international actor James Cosmo which all GOT fans will recognise as Jeor Mormoont the leader of the night watch which is a big milestone for an Indian it also has mallu actors Aishwarya Leskhmi now has a huge fan following and Joju George who recently got a national appreciation fr his performance in Nayattu. It is probably going to be a gangster thriller hope it bring some new elements to the genre.

Unfortunately, Jagame Thandhiram will release on Netflix on June 18 but It would have been a blast to see it on the big screen.

KANAKAM KAMINI KALAHAM REVIEW

  I have always been a supporter of out-of-the-box movies in Malayalam, most of these movies won’t get the credit from the masses the new genre may not be everyone’s cup of tea. The new Nivin Pauly flick Kanakam Kamini Kalaham written and directed by Ratish Ambat is one of those offbeat Malayalam movies that won’t be like buy many. The theme of the absurd comedy is an exaggeration of daily life events.  The story takes in the Hotel which has over-the-top versions of real-life people. What like about the movie is that references a lot of stuff like body shaming, political correctness which are the most discussed topic nowadays. Apart from this, there are references to films like The Shining, My Name is Khan, etc. How much unique this movie is I didn’t quite connect with the movie, there are some laugh-out moments in the movie but they are too over the top for my taste.
